Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the British Curriculum, tailored to the developmental needs of Primary school students.
• Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and a love for learning.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to ensure the holistic development of each child.
• Maintain accurate records of student performance and communicate effectively with parents regarding their child’s progress.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development sessions.
• Uphold the school’s values and commitment to excellence in education.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Teaching qualification (PGCE, QTS, or equivalent).
• Preferably British-qualified teachers with experience in the British Curriculum.
• Proven experience teaching Primary school students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for teaching and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a willingness to embrace a new cultural environment.

Day-to-Day

• Deliver interactive and engaging lessons that cater to the individual needs of each student.
• Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment where children feel valued and supported.
• Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to inspire and motivate young learners.
• Monitor and assess student progress, adapting teaching strategies as needed.
• Collaborate with teaching assistants and other staff to ensure a cohesive learning experience.
• Communicate regularly with parents to keep them informed about their child’s development.
• Participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and school activities.
