Responsibilities
As the Whole School Principal, you will:
- Provide strategic leadership across all school divisions (Early Years, Primary, and Secondary).
- Foster a culture of respect, collaboration, and educational innovation.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of a cohesive and dynamic school-wide curriculum.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with students, staff, parents, and the wider community while championing the school’s vision and mission.
- Manage resources effectively to achieve both academic and organizational objectives.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to improve academic outcomes, enhance school growth, and ensure continuous staff and student development.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated senior leadership experience in a whole school or large educational setting.
- A strong commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable educational environment.
- Exceptional leadership, organizational, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Proven success in driving school improvement, coupled with a focus on staff and student well-being.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Educational Leadership, or a related field (advanced qualifications are highly advantageous).
- Experience with international curricula, such as IB, British, or American systems, is highly desirable.
