Overview
We are seeking a nurturing and dedicated Infant School Teacher to join our school in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing a safe, inclusive, and stimulating learning environment for nursery and reception-aged children. This role requires a passion for early childhood education and the ability to create engaging and developmentally appropriate activities.
Start Date - 4th January 2026 (subject to completed paperwork)
Status - Full Time & Permanent
Location - Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment
- Provide individualized support to meet the needs of all students
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child's progress
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and coordinate curriculum
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Proven experience working with nursery and reception-aged children
- Understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for working with young children
Day-to-day
- Engage children in a variety of learning activities, including play, arts and crafts, and storytelling
- Observe and assess each child's development and progress
- Communicate with parents and guardians about their child's day and any notable achievements or challenges
- Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a supportive and inclusive school community
- Continuously seek professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices and stay updated on best practices in early childhood education
