Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Geography lessons to upper level students.  Experience in AP, IBDP, IGCSE, or A Level is preferred. 
• Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that align with the curriculum and cater to diverse learning needs.
• Foster a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment that encourages active participation and intellectual curiosity.
• Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their academic growth.
• Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the Geography curriculum and contribute to interdisciplinary projects.
• Participate in school events, extracurricular activities, and professional development opportunities.
• Maintain effective communication with students, parents, and staff to ensure a cohesive educational experience.

Qualifications

• A degree in Geography or a related field, with a recognised teaching qualification.
• Proven experience teaching Geography at IBDP, IGCSE, A Level, or AP levels.
• A strong understanding of international education standards and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and a passion for teaching.

Day-to-Day
