Responsibilities

• Develop and implement educational strategies and programs tailored to the junior school curriculum
• Collaborate with teaching staff and other relevant departments to ensure effective delivery of the junior school program
• Analyse educational data to assess student progress and inform improvements
• Communicate with parents and stakeholders to ensure a supportive and engaging educational experience for junior students

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• Proven experience in educational leadership and management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Day-to-day

• Conduct regular assessments of the junior school program and educational outcomes
• Communicate with teaching staff, parents, and stakeholders regarding student progress and school initiatives
• Analyze educational data to inform instructional strategies and student support
• Collaborate with teaching staff and relevant departments to achieve educational goals for the junior school
