Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Junior for our client school in Doha, Qatar. You will be tasked to provide leadership and drive the development of the junior team.

Qualifications

  • Undergraduate Degree from UK, USA, Canada, South Africa or Australia
  • Teaching Qualification from UK, USA, Canada, South Africa or Australia
  • Minimum 2 Years Experience in Leadership Position

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of junior employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and success
  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the junior team and ensure alignment with company goals
  • Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration and communication between junior and senior teams
  • Identify and implement training programs to further develop the skills and knowledge of junior employees
  • Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment
  • Oversee and manage junior employee performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed

Day-to-day

  • Provide leadership and support to the junior team
