Head of Junior - Doha, Qatar

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Junior for our client school in Doha, Qatar. You will be tasked to provide leadership and drive the development of the junior team.

Salary & Benefits

• QAR20,000 to QAR25,000 (Dependant on experience)

Qualifications

• Undergraduate Degree from UK, USA, Canada, South Africa or Australia
• Teaching Qualification from UK, USA, Canada, South Africa or Australia
• Minimum 2 Years Experience in Leadership Position

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of junior employees, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to ensure their professional growth and success
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness of the junior team and ensure alignment with company goals
• Collaborate with other department heads to ensure seamless integration and communication between junior and senior teams
• Identify and implement training programs to further develop the skills and knowledge of junior employees
• Act as a mentor and role model, fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and supportive work environment
• Oversee and manage junior employee performance, providing constructive feedback and guidance as needed

Day-to-day

• Provide leadership and support to the junior team
• Collaborate with senior management to align junior team goals with organisational objectives
• Mentor and guide junior team members to foster their professional development
• Monitor and manage the performance of junior employees, providing feedback and support as needed
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance the effectiveness and cohesiveness of the junior team
