Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Infant School for our client school in Qatar. As the Head of Infant School, you will be responsible for providing visionary leadership and ensuring the highest standards of teaching and learning are maintained.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversee the day-to-day operations of the infant school
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that supports the well-being and academic success of all students
• Lead, support, and mentor a team of dedicated educators and staff
• Collaborate with parents, guardians, and the wider community to ensure a supportive and engaging educational environment
• Implement and develop educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of students
• Ensure compliance with educational standards and regulations

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting, preferably in an infant school
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships
• Demonstrated commitment to diversity, equality, and inclusion in the school community
• Knowledge of best practices in early childhood education

Day-to-day

As the Head of Infant School, your day-to-day activities will include leading staff meetings, engaging with students and parents, observing classroom activities, collaborating with other school leaders, and fostering a positive and inclusive school environment.
