Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Secondary School, ensuring high standards of teaching and learning
• Provide strategic direction and leadership to the Secondary School team
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture
• Collaborate with the leadership team to drive the school's vision and mission
• Oversee the professional development of staff and ensure the effective implementation of the curriculum

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Teaching qualification and certification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role within a secondary school setting
• Proven track record of successful school leadership and management
• Strong understanding of current educational trends and best practices

Day-to-day

• Collaborate with teachers to develop and implement effective teaching and learning strategies
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
• Engage with parents and the wider community to build strong partnerships
• Lead and participate in school events and activities
• Stay updated with educational research and developments to enhance the school's programs
