Responsibilities

• Creating a positive and engaging learning environment for young students
• Developing and implementing lesson plans that adhere to the school's curriculum
• Assessing and monitoring student progress
• Collaborating with fellow educators and parents to support the holistic development of students
• Upholding the school's values and ethos

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or relevant field
• Teaching certification
• Proven experience working with young children
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)

Day-to-day

• Facilitating classroom activities and discussions
• Providing one-on-one support to students as needed
• Participating in staff meetings and professional development sessions
• Communicating with parents/guardians regarding student progress and well-being
• Creating a nurturing and inclusive learning environment for all students
