We are seeking a Vice Principal for an American Curriculum School in Kuwait. The ideal candidate must have experience with the American Curriculum and a minimum of 2 years of leadership experience.

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Principal in the overall administration of the school
• Support the implementation of the American Curriculum
• Supervise and evaluate teaching staff
• Manage student discipline and behaviour
• Collaborate with parents and stakeholders

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Education or related field
• Valid teaching certification
• Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience
• Familiarity with the American Curriculum
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Day-to-day:

• Oversee daily operations of the school
• Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to teachers
• Participate in curriculum development and assessment
• Address student and parent concerns
• Collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the school's success
